A Very Special Visit...
Josh & I have had the opportunity of a lifetime... to meet the birthmother to our first child. She is happy and kind, thoughtful and crazy, and most important, she is our angel. We also had the unique experience of meeting her wonderful family. We didn't know what to expect, and were thrilled to discover that meeting Katt felt like meeting an old friend that we'd known forever. At her ultrasound today, we discovered that on November 12th, we will be welcoming a beautiful princess into this world!!

Congratulations, Mara has arrived Saturday Nov 8 2008 7 pounds 10 ounces and 20 and 1/2 inches tall, (I hope I got that right).
It was great to see Josh and Lizzy at the hospital.
Its funny how the 12th was my delivery date but that turned out to be the day that she truelly became yours!
