Josh's 1st Triathlon!!
Josh participated in his first triathlon--- and almost his last! The poor boy did not train AT ALL (poor sucker) and was quite dismayed at all the kicking and pelting during the swimming portion! As I waited (and waited) on the beach, I began to worry- but finally, a scraggly and sad looking Josh washed up on shore. He finished the next two events in great time and had sooo much fun, that he's already looking up the next Vegas Triathlon..... any volunteers for an a.m. cheerleader?

Good JOB!!!! To both Josh and Liz- if any of you know Liz like I do you would be extremely impressed with 5:30 AM, still shocked about that :) Josh that is so awesome!!! I want to do one so bad but the swimming freaks me out!! Getting ready to do the marathon on Saturday... nervous. Liz I promise i'll call you back soon maybe Saturday after I can't walk from running :)
Johnny was laughing when he got off the phone and told me that Josh almost drowned. How sad. Way to go Josh! How long did you sit by yourself Liz? I love the pictures of you yawning and all, so funny!
Liz, If Josh talks Johnny into doing the next one with him, I'll sit and be a cheerleader with you...I'm not an early riser either so we can suffer together.
Wow...nice work, man. I am so glad you didn't drown there. I am 22 pounds lighter than the last time you saw me...48 left to go.
